**Restoration of the South fa\u00e7ade: a return to the roots**Since 2023 and until 2025, the south fa\u00e7ade of the Negresco has been the subject of a meticulous restoration. The objective? To restore this fa\u00e7ade to its original splendour, restoring the ornaments and architectural elements altered by time. Precision work was carried out to restore elements modified in the 1950s and to restore the appearance of the building as it was when it opened in 1913. \ud83d\udd70\ufe0f <\/p>\n\n

At the same time, work is underway to develop a SPA in the basement of the hotel, which also involves work on the listed facades.<\/p>\n\n

**A dream suite under the dome**But that’s not all! The Negresco surpasses itself by creating an extraordinary suite at the top of the hotel, under its famous dome. \ud83d\udc51 called the “Jeanne and Paul Suite” (in homage to Jeanne Augier, former owner of the establishment), designed by architect and designer Jean-Philippe Nuel, will offer a unique experience with:* An area of 400 m\u00b2* A breathtaking view of the Baie des Anges* Three private terraces extending over 200 m\u00b2The sequel, scheduled for delivery in June 2025, will lend itself to exclusive events as well as confidential meetings, filming or moments of pure wonder. \u2728 <\/p>\n\n
