In fact, since \u201cC\u00e9lina\u201d is situated on a hillside, the elevated first floor offers a panoramic view of the sea and the city. During the visit, it was love at first sight. The client hadn\u2019t expected to make such a quick decision during this first visit to Nice, but that afternoon, while reflecting on the beach, he called to submit a full-price offer to ensure he didn\u2019t miss out. Having compared other properties, he recognized the price was justified.<\/p>\n<p>An agreement was reached with the seller, who greatly appreciated the buyer, not only for their Parisian connection but also for the mutual respect and kindness that developed naturally between them.<\/p>\n<p>The sale was finalized quickly, with completion set for six months later to give the seller time to arrange her move. In the meantime, we helped her find a new apartment in the ultra city center, where she could still see her former building at the foot of Parc Imp\u00e9rial. This also allowed the buyer to sell his Paris property, avoiding a bridge loan.
