A few minutes later we had already received a phone call proposing a few properties that would match our search. We very quickly made an appointment and after the very well organized visits we made an offer on the property we finally bought. Positive aspects: Professionalism, Value for money, Responsiveness Telephone contact was immediate and immediately warm. My expectations, not to say "demands", were received with genuine attention, which was only due to the great kindness of my contact, Mr Gentoli, the agency manager.
The questions that followed were answered immediately and in a very focused, professional manner. During my stay in Nice in the few days following this first contact, the excellent first impression was confirmed.

When I visited the two sites on offer, I felt no pressure to make my choice. The exceptional quality of the second site immediately convinced me.
At the time, I was just passing through Nice. Mr. Gentoli made it really easy for me to sign the deed of reservation by choosing a signing location close to where I live.
Finally, Mr.Gentoli accompanied me right up to the final signature, by being present at the notary's office.
