Story of the sale : The owners of this apartment have just signed a sales agreement on a rooftop villa that we had for sale on the corniche fleurie (another reference of our properties sold). I offer them to take care of the sale of their own apartment since it also has, although less striking than their next one, a small sea view and it is located in one of the residences that we know well the Nicerama, a time of construction when the volumes were still generous with a 4-room apartment of nearly 90m2. They try to make an offer to purchase but the sellers listen to us and understand that with only one parking lot, the offer offered is not so far from reality. After discussion, negotiation and a round trip via a counter-offer, an agreement is reached.
When the authentic deed was signed 3 months later, the buyers were really delighted and thanked us warmly, which touched us very much because we could see that their life project could finally continue to move forward:) Congratulations to them, and to the sellers who have just finished the work in their new apartment almost on the day of the signing. Everything fits together perfectly!
